Alexander Saavedra
Alex Saavedra has over 35 years of criminal, civil, and regulatory investigative experience. Alex was a Commissioned New Jersey State Detective whose experience included Deputy Chief, New Jersey State Detectives, Supervising Detective Sergeant, First Grade, and Certified Police Instructor: New Jersey State Police Training Commission over a 12 year period.
He is a Licensed Private Investigator, Licensed Bounty Hunter, and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and has conducted numerous Animal Cruelty Investigations during the course of his career.
Alex is now proud to be a part of the NJ Humane Society's mission to Protect & Rescue animals in our & surrounding New Jersey communities.

Lisa Menendez
Lisa Menendez is the Animal Control & Rescue Team Supervisor at NJ Humane Society. Lisa has over 20 years of experience in the field, including the location & rescue of abandoned sick and injured animals. She has led the coordination of numerous animal rescues in hoarding cases, and works together with veterinarians for the care of injured, sick and abandoned animals.
Lisa also has extensive experience partnering with local municipalities, county & state police organizations, and rescue organizations for the common goal of Animal Protection & Rescue.
